Hi Chef! Congrats on your progress to date–20 pounds overall is awesome! I began the ETL program yesterday because a fellow runner dropped several pounds using it, but as a plus and over– it improved his overall physical fitness amazingly. I love reading of your success! Looking forward to my own journey!
