The NFL announced that the iconic British rock band The Who will be performing during the 2010 Super bowl half-time show, so my prediction says that Roger Daltrey will be singing “Who Dat…who dat….who…who?” during the show, in-between the show that Drew Brees and the Saints will be putting on February 07, 2010.

Cajun En Croute

The hot hors d’oeuvre consists of a portion of highly spiced or seasoned sausage such as an Andouille or Cajun smoked sausage and then surrounded by puff pastry dough. Once baked in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes at 375° F, then served warm on platters or chaffing dishes, it holds up well for several hours of service.

Wild Mushrooms à la Crème

This image is circa 1985 and taken while working the evening sauté station when in the second Sous Chef position. This scanned image, originally taken with an Olympus OM10 35mm camera and printed as a 3×5 photograph, is a bit grainy at higher resolution in this digital format. The appetizer priced at $4.95 at the time seems like a real bargain price today for these delectable morsels. The garnish also consisted of a green onion flower and a tomato rose, adding both color and variety to the place presentation.
