This is a WW take on the famous French cuisine recipe, and utilizes the same techniques as the traditional, but uses ingredients and preparations that lend well to a lighter version in this recipe.

The recipe is also found on page 132 in the WW 50th Anniversary Cookbook, which is the recipe I used in making this dish.
