Banana Split Weight Watchers Style

September 18th, 2013 · 2 Comments

On one of our walks this past weekend our walking buddy Diane told us about a new dessert recipe that she had learned at a recent meeting, and we were quite excited to learn that it is just 1 WW Points Plus per serving, so we had to go out and get the ingredients and make these for ourselves.

Simple, quick, easy, and tasty too!

Hi! A banana just by its self is 2 points on the WW points system. Either way, this is a good snack to have when you are craving a ‘sweetie’! Being on WW’s myself, I know that every point is precious : )

With the new WW Points Plus system all fruit are free or equal to zero points!

    Bon appetite!
