For our second contest we had two Cajun Chef Ryan (CCR) members participate in the Salad Ingredients Contest and the winner is Dave Sacerdote who hails from Enfield, CT in the New England area. Dave has a foodie blog site hosted by Blogger named dave’s cupboard where he frequently writes about his passion, and he is also a Featured Publisher on Food Buzz.
It was a close margin and Dave won by 1/2 a point by listing the 13 ingredients in the salad he wins one (1) jar of Cajun Chef Ryan spice blend of his choice, either the Cajun Spice mix or the Finger Lickin’ Rub mix.
Our other participant in the contest was Anne Coleman from Lehigh Valley, PA and she wins the consolation prize of a PDf file copy of our famous Key Lime Pie recipe. Anne has a foodie blog site named “Cooking with Anne” and she is also a frequent contributor and Featured Publisher on Food Buzz.
