Then with the tines of a fork press in holes to allow air to escape.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Pre bake the pie shell for 10 minutes, then remove to cool<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">While the pie shell is pre baking slice about 9 to 10 \u00bd\u201d wide strips of dough for the lattice crust topping.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Gently pour the fruit filling mixture into the pie shell and even it out.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Then make a basket weave lattice work with the dough strips on the top of the pie.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Bake in the oven at 450\u00b0 F for the first 10 minutes, and then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 F for the next 45-50 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Top the pie with foil if it looks like the lattice is browning to fast.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: list .5in\" class=\"MsoNormal\">Remove from the oven and allow to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><object width=\"425\" height=\"350\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/RIRKhL2HKyo\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/RIRKhL2HKyo\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" width=\"425\" height=\"350\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Now this is a special treat!
