We really enjoyed this dish, in fact it was the first time that one of our guests had ever eaten scallops, and she said it was a great treat, and wanted some more. <\/p>\n<p><strong>About the recipe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The recipe calls for 12 under ten sea scallops, the under ten or U-10 means that at least ten or under scallops will weight a pound. So, this also means that you will need about one and a quarter pounds of sea scallops.<\/p>\n<p>The recipe also incorporates a thinly sliced Pink Lady apple, and sultanas, or otherwise known as golden raisins, and fingerling potatoes sliced. Some of the other ingredients include savoy cabbage, white wine, chicken stock, and black peppercorns.<\/p>\n<p>And dinner is served.
