In addition, for the latest update, Mike is now in Santiago, Chile and tells us of the \u201cCompleto\u201d the Chilean version of a hot dog.<\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Milanesa and Las Tartas<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryan:<\/strong> Mike, in a recent email you said that one of your couch surfing hosts cooked a lot of traditional Argentine food, can you explain that in more detail?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mike:<\/strong> Sure thing&#8230;here is one that was made for me, called Milanesa (a breaded steak, very popular in Argentina).
