I think I saw this on an episode of Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations. He said it was funny to see something so familiar to Americans, but then with a local twist on it. This looks outstanding!

Ryan, thanks for doing this series …learning much – the completos look awesome, as with foods from other latin countries, it is something I would really like to try – I think the locale makes the food…..and the Milanesa, well, that would be good anywhere…..
