Well deserved Chef! My, you have certainly had some interesting experiences. Love your blog & recipes. Hope we can catch up sometime on my next vist to NO. We always stay in the FQ.

nice info – the kidnapping thing – a little terrifying to say the least – and getting to meet and work with Juila Child and Emeril Lagasse are experiences to top all.
